How Restok handles your information.

Restok helps hotels, restaurants, suppliers, and drivers coordinate orders and delivery. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run the service, including account details such as name, email address, phone number, organization name, and role; order and catalog data such as products, quantities, delivery addresses, optional map coordinates, receiving instructions, delivery windows, notes, order history, disputes, and ratings; payment-related references and status updates from our payment provider; and device metadata such as push-notification tokens, platform type, and recent app activity.

Location data

Buyers may optionally use location features to set accurate delivery addresses and map pins. When a signed-in driver uses the Restok mobile app, the app may request foreground location access so buyers, suppliers, and dispatch can see live delivery progress for active drops. We only use location data to support delivery accuracy, tracking, and operational coordination. We do not use location data for advertising.

How we use information

We use personal and business information to create and secure accounts, show users the right buyer, supplier, admin, or driver experience, process orders and payment states, send transactional emails and notifications, support customer service, monitor abuse or fraud, and improve the reliability of the platform.

Notifications and email

Restok may send transactional communications such as sign-in links, order confirmations, payment updates, dispute notices, low-stock alerts, supplier reminders, and delivery updates. Push notifications are used for operational alerts when enabled on a device.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service. Buyers and suppliers can see order information relevant to shared transactions. Drivers can see delivery details required to complete assigned drops. We also use service providers such as hosting, authentication, database, email, and payments infrastructure to run Restok on our behalf.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the platform, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. We use authentication controls, role-based access, database policies, and secure transport to reduce unauthorized access, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can request account deletion from the Restok account area, disable push notifications through your device settings, enter delivery addresses manually, and decline optional location access. Some features, such as live driver tracking or one-tap map pin capture, will not work without the relevant permission.
