Request account deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion from the account area in Restok. On the web, the account page includes a deletion request form. In the native buyer app, the account screen includes an in-app deletion request flow. After a request is submitted, Restok signs the user out and follows up by email if more action is needed.
Manage push notifications
Push notifications can be disabled at any time from the device’s notification settings for Restok. Operational alerts such as payment updates, delivery changes, and assignment notifications may stop working when notifications are turned off.
Manage location access
Buyers and drivers can decline or revoke location permission from iPhone Settings. Buyers can still enter delivery addresses manually. Drivers use foreground location only while an active delivery is being worked on; without it, live delivery tracking and dispatch visibility will be limited.
